Rocking Rudolph will be visiting Stamford Bridge and the Catton's on Thursday 21, Friday 22 and Saturday 23 December.  See page 33 of the December edition of The Link for details of his route.

    The Stamford Bridge Singers will perform a light-hearted Christmas concert entitled ‘Merrily on High’.  Once again Stuart Nettleship will be waving the baton and Geoffrey Coffin will accompany the Singers.  Tickets, to include wine and mince pies, will cost £12 for adults, £10 (concessions) and £5 for children.  Tickets available from Liz at ‘Take a Leaf’ florist in Stamford Bridge or tel: 01759 373887 or email: info@stamfordbridgesingers.co.uk  The evening will include a raffle and proceeds will go to our chosen charity, St Catherine’s

    A feast of Carols, seasonal music and songs with The York Railway Institute Golden Rail Band.  Tickets £7.50 include a glass of mulled wine or fruit juice and mince pie are available from the Post Office.  Any money raised will be used for the continuing improvements to the Village Hall.

    We will be performing a selection of festive songs and Christmas carols.  All welcome!  Entry is free, although a donation towards Macmillan Cancer Support and heating the church on the evening would be very welcome.
